This is a site for jobs in the Madison, WI area related to electrical engineering. It began as a page on the website of the Madison Section of the IEEE where people could post job openings. It became popular enough to justify having a dedicated site just for this purpose.

It is intended for active job openings.  Listings for general recruiting are not included.
